Who operates this service
MEL Roof Restoration is an independent enquiry service operated by LOUDACHRIS PTY LTD, trading as Loudachris Digital Marketing (ABN 73 630 143 190), at 21-22 Greenhill Road, Wayville SA 5034.
Chris Lourenco reviews enquiries and handles privacy requests.
What the form collects
The form collects your name, email, phone number and permission to contact you about your enquiry.
You can also provide your suburb, postcode, roof type, project scope, relationship to the property, timing and any useful notes.
A full street address and photographs aren't requested at this stage.
Technical information, including an IP address, submission time, enquiry reference and security checks, supports form delivery, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
Why it’s collected
Your information is used to understand your restoration request, check its scope and location, contact you about the next step and keep a record of the enquiry and your permission.
Submitting an enquiry doesn't subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
Before any roofing introduction
Your initial enquiry goes to Chris at Loudachris.
Before an introduction, Chris asks your permission to share relevant details with a named roofing business that has agreed to receive the enquiry.
The form's contact permission doesn't itself authorise sharing your details with a roofing business.
A roofing business may pay Loudachris a referral fee.
Once you agree to a referral, the receiving business handles its own contact, quote and work, and its privacy practices apply to information it receives.
Hosting, delivery and operational records
Vercel hosts the website and processes web requests, while Resend handles enquiry notification delivery to Loudachris.
These providers and their infrastructure can process information outside Australia, including in the United States.
Access is limited to authorised account users and the service providers needed to operate the site.
Validated enquiries and delivery status are recorded in restricted operational logs so a delivery issue can be investigated.
Security logs can also contain a rejected submission where needed to review a possible false positive.
Session storage in your browser retains an enquiry reference after a successful submission and helps prevent duplicate conversion events.
The site doesn't place advertising pixels or subscribe visitors to remarketing audiences.
Retention and your choices
Information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, record an authorised referral, resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation.
Operational log availability follows the hosting provider's configured retention, and enquiry correspondence is retained separately in Loudachris's business records.
You can ask to access or correct your information, withdraw contact permission, request deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern through the contact form.
For a privacy request, select the unsure project option and put “Privacy request” in the notes so Chris can distinguish it from a roofing enquiry.
You can also write to LOUDACHRIS PTY LTD at the address above.
If a concern remains unresolved, information about privacy complaints is available from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
